We are looking for a self-starting leader who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and solving complicated problems with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have management and leadership experience scaling an enterprise sales team, superior communication skills, and a knack for understanding unique customer needs. 

[Responsibilities]

✔︎ Build new processes and sales plays for a starting Enterprise business

✔︎ Be accountable for increasing revenue via top notch operational practices

✔︎ Experience sales, new business and operations in an early stage

✔︎ Successfully generate leads through outbound campaigns to support sales goals and objectives

✔︎ Build pipeline value through lead-generation initiatives to drive future revenue growth

✔︎ Help the sales team deliver/exceed our revenue goals

[Qualifications]

✔︎ 7+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, with a minimum of 3 years  

✔︎ Rewards and Incentives industry experience

✔︎ Prior experience in enterprise sales, partnerships and/or business development

✔︎ Proven track record of successfully running outbound lead generation initiatives for the US region

✔︎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
